Garrisons' Compass
Photographs - How to Submit, etc.
Early on it has become obvious that it is difficult to manage a large number of full-sized photographs.
Because of that your Webmaster has decided to present photographs in thumbnail size.  This allows many
photos to be displayed on one page and provides a visual table of contents.

Do
not click on      in the upper right corner of your screen.  That will close out the site on your computer.

While the photo is enlarged you may print it or save it to your disk.   Practice below if practice is needed.

There aren't many rules for submitting photographs.

1. If living persons are in the photo be sure you have their permission to include them.  IT WOULD NOT BE
A GOOD IDEA TO SUBMIT FULL FACE, COLORED PHOTOS OF INDIVIDUALS  OR SMALL GROUPS
BECAUSE THEY COULD EASILY BE USED BY CROOKS TO CREATE FAKE PICTURE ID.

2. Please identify all persons except in large groups.

3. If the event or place where the photo was taken is important to the story the photo tells, please let us
know.

4. Of course, the photo should have some connection with the Garrisons' Compass Project.

Simply email your photos to the Webmaster,
Webmaster's Mail.  If you have printed photos with no ability to
scan and email them, snail-mail me a copy that you do not want back.  Please do not make me responsible
for your photos.  Email me for my snail-mail address.

At present there is no pattern to how these photos are presented.  It's simply first received, first posted.
